Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
1. Right to Cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
2. Cancellation Period
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 30 days from the day you receive your goods.
3. How to Cancel
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email at [email protected] or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
4. Returning Goods
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction.
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns where the tamper-evident label has been broken (unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival).
5. Non-Returnable Goods
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
6. Refunds
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of your cancellation.
7. Exclusions to the Right to Cancel
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of the following goods:
- Goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns of opened jars of honey or any food products. As with all food and drink, individual tastes vary. While we strive to produce honey that delights many customers, we cannot guarantee that every customer will enjoy the taste of every batch. By purchasing, you accept this risk.
8. Loss of Cancellation Rights
In addition, you will lose your right to cancel if you:
- Unseal goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
